The content and recommendations provided on the platform do not replace individual medical or therapeutic advice. They are general in nature and serve solely to inform and support a healthy lifestyle.

Consult a doctor for symptoms

If you have health complaints or are unsure whether certain recommendations are suitable for you, consult a doctor or qualified therapist before applying them.

Special groups

Prior medical clarification is particularly recommended in the following cases:

• pregnancy or breastfeeding
• pre-existing conditions, e.g. cardiovascular disease, diabetes, metabolic or eating disorders
• regular intake of medication
• minors (the platform is generally aimed at adults)

Emergencies

In case of acute medical emergencies please contact the medical on-call service (Tel. 116 117 in Germany) or emergency services (Tel. 112 in the EU) immediately. HFS is not an emergency system and cannot replace these services.

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider assumes no liability for health or other consequences resulting from the user's own application of the recommendations, in particular if applied without medical consultation. The supplementary liability provisions in our terms remain unaffected.
