About us

Living longer is not the same as living longer well.

Heartful Science is the platform we wished existed. Honest diagnostics, an AI coach that knows you, a plan that respects your daily life.

Why we built this

Modern medicine is good at keeping us alive. It is less good at making sure those additional years are actually lived with energy and clarity. There is a gap between lifespan and quality of life. You can close that gap yourself, but only with the right data and a plan that knows you.

Healthspan describes the time during which your body delivers what you ask of it. Mobile, resilient, mentally sharp, present. We are convinced that healthspan matters at least as much as the number of years on the calendar. And that you can shape it actively, through consistent everyday changes, not through miracle cures or dogmatic dietary systems.

That is our approach. We measure what truly matters. We translate science into steps that integrate into your daily life. And we stay with you, with daily guidance instead of one-time recommendations that fade unused.

What we build

Diagnostics you can understand. Tools that consistently steer your habits in the right direction. An AI coach that responds to your data instead of falling back on prepared answers. Recommendations from current research, not from trends. No wellness marketing, no off-the-shelf formulas. Only what is demonstrably effective.

How we work with you

Three steps, on a continuous loop. What changes becomes visible. What works stays. What does not work is replaced.

01

Diagnostics

Functional age, metabolism, movement, sleep. We capture the markers that paint an honest picture of your current state.

02

Plan

From that we build a plan that fits you. AMY guides you daily, adjusts the small steps and keeps you on track.

03

Retest

After a defined period we measure again. You see what moved. We adjust what needs adjusting.

Behind Heartful Science

Two perspectives, one shared picture of what health could deliver today.
